For a donation of $15 MIRCI volunteer chefs served up a tasty combination of shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes and onions all seasoned with spicy shrimp seasoning. Coleslaw and Iced Tea complimented the meal. For those that couldn't stay and enjoy the live music, there was a convenient drive-thru.

All donations benefit MIRCI’s Housing and Homeless programs. In 2008, MIRCI assisted over 519 individuals and families including 18 children obtain much needed services through these programs.
